    Monroe Gas Storage Company, LLC (“MGS”) is declaring Force Majeure effective immediately
    on Gas Day January 8, 2025, and continuing until further notice due to an equipment
    malfunction in a dehydration unit.

    Effective immediately, MGS may reduce Withdrawal nominations made in the ID2 cycle in
    accordance with NAESB standards, and MGS will not confirm any new Withdrawal nominations.

    Injections and Wheeling remain unaffected by this Notice.

    MGS will provide an update to this posting as soon as more information is available.
