    FORCE MAJEURE – MONROE – UPDATE #1

    Yesterday, Monroe Gas Storage Company, LLC (“MGS”) declared Force Majeure effective Gas

    Day January 8, 2025, continuing until further notice due to an equipment malfunction in a

    dehydration unit.

    MGS has returned the affected dehydration unit to service. Effective immediately, MGS is lifting

    the Force Majeure and will confirm nominations in accordance with prevailing operational and

    weather conditions per Prior Notice 152, and with the terms of Customer’s service agreements

    and MGS’s Tariff.
