    Moss Bluff Storage (Moss Bluff) has limited ability to absorb due pipe imbalances from receipt and/or delivery point operators.   As such, Moss Bluff is requiring the following meter operator to perform to scheduled quantities and confirmation restrictions will be made commensurate with anticipated physical deliveries.
