Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC is providing notice of an unplanned outage at the Cherrystone IC impacting the January 10, 2025 Gas Day.

As a result, Mountain Valley Pipeline is reducing Operational Available Capacity at Meter 9012610 (Cherrystone) to 1,750,000 Dths effective for
Gas Day 1/10/2025.

Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Mountain Valley Pipeline’s FERC Gas
Tariff; scheduled quantities will be adjusted to not exceed the amounts designated above.

Customers should monitor Mountain Valley Pipeline’s Informational Postings Website for updates to this notice and applicable posted
Operationally Available Capacity.
