Update:

Stable and refined operation of the NGTL system results in replacement of the current 90% FTR restriction with 95% FTR allowable effective today, Wednesday September 23, 2015 at 20:00 MST.

 

Work continues on the NPS 36 Northwest Mainline and TransCanada requires additional time to complete the pipeline modifications.  The restriction is expected to be fully lifted to 100% FTR allowable on Friday September 25, 2015.

 

Updates and definite restriction end date & time will be provided via NrG bulletins as they are confirmed.

Update:

NPS 36 Northwest Mainline Pipe Modification is partially completed. As a result the current 85% FTR restriction will be replaced by 90% FTR restriction effective on September 21, 2015 at 20:00 pm.

 

TransCanada requires extra time to complete the rest of the NPS 36 NWML pipe outage. The restriction is expected to be fully lifted to 100 % FTR at 20:00 September 23.

Update:  The NPS 36 Northwest Mainline outage will be lifted effective Monday September 21, 2015 at 08:00 MST. 

 

Effective Monday September 21, 2015 at 08:00 MST, the following receipt restrictions are required on NGTL:

 

Allowable receipts "Upstream of James River" will be limited to 100% FT-R allowable.

The area of impact will be consistent with the current Upstream of James River restriction which includes NGTL Segments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 26.
Locations that are excluded from this restriction are all ATCO receipt locations in Segment 9 (except those listed below)and Crammond (# 1686) meter station.

* NEW* - Chip Lake (# 5409), South Carrot APN (# 30355) and Yates APN (# 30355) meter station are now included in "Upstream of James River" receipt restriction.

 

Allowable receipts at Brainard Lake, Demmitt, Demmitt #2, Elmworth High, Goodfare, Hythe and Mount Valley will be limited to 100% FT-R allowable.

 

Allowable receipts in Partial Segment 24 (see below) and Partial Segment 28 (see below) will be limited to 100% FT-R allowable.

NPS 36 Northwest Mainline Pipeline Modifications

 

The following FT receipt restrictions are required on NGTL to facilitate planned pipeline modifications on the NPS 36 Northwest Mainline.

 

Allowable receipts "Upstream of James River" will be limited to 85% of Firm Service Receipts effective Sunday September 13, 2015 at 08:00 MST with an expected end date of Saturday September 19, 2015 at 20:00 MST. 

The area of impact will be consistent with the current Upstream of James River restriction with includes NGTL Segments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 26.

Locations that are excluded from this restriction are all ATCO receipt locations in Segment 9, Crammond (#1686)& Chip Lake (#5406) meter stations.
