    Notice of NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership (“NGTL”) Empress/McNeill Borders FT-D1 Expansion Capacity Open Season Results

     

    The NGTL Expansion Capacity Open Season for Firm Transportation – Delivery Group 1 Service (FT-D1) at the Empress and McNeill Borders ("Open Season") closed on August 8, 2024. NGTL received bids for an aggregate total of 541,648 GJ/day exceeding the posted expansion capacity, and consequently, the Open Season was fully subscribed. NGTL has notified parties that participated in the Open Season on the status of their bid and has finalized commercial arrangements with parties awarded capacity. The weighted average term of awarded expansion capacity is 27.4 years.
