NGTL System Preliminary Interim 2025 Rates
October 22, 2024
NGTL GP Ltd. (NGTL) intends to file an
application by November 12, 2024 with the Canada
Energy Regulator (CER) requesting approval of NGTL System Interim 2025 Rates and
Abandonment Surcharge proposed to be effective January 1, 2025.
NGTL has calculated preliminary Interim 2025 Rates
based on a revenue requirement of $4.012 billion for the NGTL System in accordance
with the 2025 – 2029 Revenue Requirement Settlement.
The following distance-diameter allocators were
used to establish rates for delivery services: 558 for East Gate deliveries; 615
for West Gate deliveries; and 801 for Group 2 & 3 deliveries.
The preliminary throughput and contract demand
quantities used to determine the preliminary 2025 Interim Rates are as follows:
