TC Energy would like to remind NGTL Customers of the time change backward 1 hour; effective November 3, 2024.
With this change, and for Supply/Demand balancing purposes, NGTL Customers will have until 10:30 a.m. Calgary clock time (Mountain Standard time) to balance their account for the previous gas day.
For more information on Supply/Demand balancing, please reference Appendix D – Customer’s Inventories, of the NGTL Tariff.
