Mainline (19914174) service allowable for 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, partial 8, and partial
9 (Greater USJR) will transition from 100% IT-R and 100% FT-R to 0% IT-R and
100% FT-R effective January 30, 2025 at 08:00 MST
until further notice.
