Good afternoon,
We are reaching
out to inform you of important changes to our Executive Leadership Team and Canadian
Natural Gas Pipelines Senior Leadership Team, effective Feb. 1, 2025.
The leadership
changes are as follows:
Stan
Chapman, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Natural Gas
Pipelines, will be
retiring and will stay on as an Executive Vice-President through Q2 2025 to
support a seamless transition.
Tina
Faraca, Executive
Vice-President and President, U.S. Natural Gas Pipelines, will be promoted to Executive
Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Natural Gas Pipelines.
Greg
Grant, President,
Canadian Natural Gas Pipelines, will be joining the Executive Leadership Team
as Executive Vice-President and President, Power and Energy Solutions.
Trevor
Ebl, Senior
Vice-President, Safety & Technical Services, will be promoted to President,
Canadian Natural Gas Pipelines.
These changes
are a result of the deliberate and thoughtful succession planning of our strong
pipeline of talented executive and senior leaders. Please note that the Canada
Gas Commercial leadership team remains in place, with no additional changes to
leadership roles. Our team is well prepared to ensure a smooth transition,
maintain business continuity and uphold our commitment to fostering strong,
collaborative relationships.
