    NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership (collectively NGTL) intends to file an application by April 30, 2025 with the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) requesting approval of NGTL System Final 2025 Rates and Abandonment Surcharges to be effective June 1, 2025.

     

    NGTL has calculated the Preliminary Final 2025 Rates based on a revenue requirement of $3.988 billion for the NGTL System in accordance with the 2025-2029 Revenue Requirement Settlement.

     

    The firm transportation contract demand quantities, throughput, and delivery allocators remain unchanged from those reflected in the current Interim 2025 Rates.

     

    Detailed tables of the Preliminary Final 2025 Rates, including a list of station-specific 2025 rates, can be found on TC Energy’s Customer Express website through the following links:

     

     

    A copy of the application will be available on the CER website once filed.
