Notice Text:
ONEOK Gas Transportation, L.L.C. (OGT) is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO), to be lifted Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 until further notice. This notice is being issued pursuant to Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions for intrastate Transportation Service (Intrastate SOC) and Article 4 of its FERC approved Statement of Operating Conditions for Section 311 Transportation Service (Section 311 SOC) to protect the integrity of the OGT system.
OFOs are only issued at critical times to protect the integrity of the pipeline for the benefit of all customers. Because of the seriousness of an OFO and the necessity for compliance, OFO fees are assessed for non-compliance and are calculated per dekatherm, at each point and each day of the OFO without netting across points or against other imbalances as more specifically described in the SOCs and customers Transportation Service Agreement. Please carefully review the applicable SOC and your Transportation Service Agreement or contact your commercial representative if you have any questions.
Point operators and customers must ensure that flowing volumes match confirmed scheduled quantities. Operational flexibility will not be available during this time. This OFO will remain in effect until further notice. OGT will monitor operating conditions and will terminate the OFO when operational conditions warrant. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Customers remain responsible to supply sufficient gas for their nominations.
If you have questions or concerns, contact our Scheduling hotline at 1-800-340-2750 or email us at IntrastateMarketServices@oneok.com
In cases of underperformance, OGT requests customer(s), point operators and balancing party(s) responsible for such conditions to increase supply nominations or decrease delivery quantities so that flowing volumes match confirmed scheduled quantities. OGT will not assess OFO fees for customer(s) and point operators or balancing party(s) that are over performing if OGT determines, in its reasonable judgment, that customers and point operators or balancing party(s) were cooperating with a request of OGT, and that such conduct did not impair service to another customer.
