Due to anticipated colder weather moving across the system along with associated high demand, and in an effort to protect system integrity and firm service obligations, effective at 9:00 am for gas day January 17, 2025, and continuing until further notice, Ozark is issuing an OFO pursuant to Section 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of Ozark FERC Gas TariffOzark is requesting all delivery point operators ensure actual daily takes out of the system are equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of the cumulative imbalance position.
In addition, Ozark is requesting all receipt point operators be prepared to maintain actual receipts into the Ozark system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of the cumulative imbalance position.
