    Due to expected cold weather in our service territory and affected markets on connecting pipelines, Permian Highway Pipeline (PHP) is evaluating all Interruptible activity across the system. Additionally, point operators as well as shippers must keep scheduled quantities in line with physical flow in order to prevent reductions.
