As previously communicated on June 24, 2024 (Notice #25907313), TC Energy has completed the sale of Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS). As part of the changes related to the sale, PNGTS plans to transition its Customer Activities Website (aka Electronic Bulletin Board) from the TC eConnects system into a Quorum product (QPTM) in the second quarter of 2025. Functions impacted by this change include those related to Contracts, Capacity Release, Nominations & Scheduling, Measurement and Invoicing.Customers can anticipate additional details and instructions in the coming weeks in the form of a Welcome Packet. Welcome Packets will be delivered to the email addresses associated with existing TC eConnects user ID’s.
