    In reference to Force Majeure, Notice ID# 96015, regarding the Rager Mountain storage field, Rager Mountain Storage Company, LLC (RMSC)
    is providing advance notice of an Operationally Available Capacity reduction effective Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 10:00 AM ET. Physical
    injections into the Rager Mountain storage field are not currently permitted. This Operationally Available Capacity reduction will remain in effect
    until further notice. Customers should monitor RMSC’s Informational Postings Website as changing operational conditions could cause a
    revision to this Capacity Constraint Notice.

    RMSC Storage Injection Operationally Available Capacity will be reduced to 0 Dths. The FSS, ISS and ILPS Rate Schedules are impacted such
    that Customer’s ability to nominate injections will be limited in total to the aforementioned capacity limitation.

    All receipt and delivery activity at TETCO Rager for both RMSC and AVC will be netted at the TETCO location. All net activity that would result in
    a physical injection will be reduced to zero.

    Previously posted Withdrawal limitations are still in effect per Notice ID # 96017.

    Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of RMSC’s FERC Gas Tariff.
