Notice Text:

Rager Mountain Storage Company, LLC (RMSC) is issuing this Operational Flow Order (OFO) on its pipeline system allowing storage injections
on a limited basis. This OFO will remain in effect until further notice and is in addition to previously posted OFO Notices. Customers should
monitor Rager Mountains’ (RMSCs) Informational Postings Website as changing operational conditions could cause a revision to this OFO
Notice.

On October 2, 2023, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) approved Equitrans’ Injection Plan for its Rager
Mountain storage field. Under that Injection Plan, Equitrans can resume injections in the field using all wells except three, which will remain
disconnected and unutilized this injection/withdrawal season. Equitrans anticipates resuming injections into the Rager Mountain storage field on
October 5, 2023.

RMSC is providing advance notice of an Operationally Available Capacity increase.

RMSC Storage Injection Operationally Available Capacities are as follows:

Thursday, October 5, 2023, Gas Day - 5,000 DTH

Friday, October 6, 2023, Gas Day – 10,000 DTH

Saturday, October 7, 2023, Gas Day and until further notice – 20,000 DTH

Compliance with this OFO requires the following customer action(s):

The FSS, ISS and ILPS Rate Schedules are impacted such that Customer’s ability to nominate injections will be limited in total to the
aforementioned capacity limitations.

All receipt and delivery activity at TETCO Rager for both RMSC and AVC will be netted at the TETCO location.

Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of RMSC’s FERC Gas Tariff. RMSC will not
permit post-cycle or ID-L cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.

This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of RMSC’s FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or Customer’s
operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including, but not limited to,
direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by RMSC or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per
Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas.
