Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its TP-4555 Pipeline in AVC Operational Area 1 beginning at 7:30 AM ET on May 24,
2021 and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between PNG Crosby IC Valve Set (coordinates 40.26877
/ -79.54404) and PA Rt. 130 Valve Set (coordinates 40.228997 / -79.51502) must be shut in on the TP-4555 pipeline by 7:30 AM ET on May 24,
2021 and remain shut in for the duration of this maintenance.
In addition, with this maintenance the following Customer Receipt Meter: #M5206708 (Tomasic) must be shut in by 7:30 AM ET on May 24,
2021 and remain shut in for the duration of this maintenance.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.
Estimated time of outage is six days. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties
when they can turn back in-line.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
