Notice Text:

On Sunday, November 6, 2022, at approximately 3:30pm (ET), Equitrans Midstream was notified of an incident at its Rager Mountain Storage
facility, located in Jackson Township, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. There were no reports of any injuries, evacuations of nearby property
owners were not necessary, and there were no immediate public safety concerns.

Equitrans technicians arrived on site at approximately 4:15pm and observed natural gas venting from storage well 2244. The storage well is one
of 10 operating storage wells and two observation wells located at the facility. A safety perimeter was established and, in line with safety
protocols, the local fire department also responded to the incident.

Equitrans retained Cudd Well Control to assist in assessing the well and addressing the venting of gas. Cudd Well Control arrived on site
Sunday evening and, after evaluation, began to deploy the necessary equipment to restrict the venting of natural gas. It is expected to take 24 to
48 hours to set-up the equipment and halt the venting.

Physical flows of natural gas in/out of the Rager Mountain Storage facility are temporarily suspended and, at present, there is no estimate for
when the facility will be back in-service.

Upon notification of the incident, Equitrans immediately notified the National Response Center, PHMSA, and the PA DEP, and a courtesy call
was made to the PA PUC. Equitrans also contacted nearby residents and local officials to advise them of the situation. Equitrans personnel
remain on site and are coordinating response efforts with Cudd and the PA DEP.
