Notice Text:

On November 6, 2022 at approximately 3:30 p.m., Equitrans, L.P. (“Equitrans”) experienced an incident at one of its storage wells in the Rager
Mountain Storage Field within its Allegheny Valley Connector System (“Force Majeure Event”). Accordingly, Equitrans and Rager Mountain
Storage Company LLC (“RMSC”) are hereby issuing this notice of Force Majeure in accordance with Section 6.10 of Equitrans’ Tariff and
Section 6.17 of RMSC’s Tariff. Equitrans, The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and the Pipeline Hazardous Materials
Safety Administration have been onsite assessing the situation and preparing for and taking corrective action. The Rager Mountain Storage
Field will be shut in until emergency repairs can be completed.

Equitrans and RMSC believe that the Force Majeure Event was due to causes beyond their reasonable or foreseeable control that they were
unable to prevent. Equitrans and RMSC are working diligently and using their best efforts to resolve the Force Majeure Event, will perform all
required maintenance and will bring the Rager Mountain Storage Field back into service in order to restore any affected services and minimize
the impacts of the Force Majeure Event. While they cannot state with certainty when their performance will be possible, they are working
diligently toward a resolution of the Force Majeure Event with all reasonable dispatch.

In accordance with Section 6.9 of Equitrans’ Tariff and Section 6.5 of RMSC’s Tariff, Customers must accordingly adjust planned flows and
nominations, if any.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this order, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans, RMSC, or any other party as
a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this
Order, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas, all as further described in Equitrans’ Tariff and
RMSC’s Tariff . In addition, neither Equitrans nor RMSC will permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid a penalty.

Please continue to monitor Equitrans’ and RMSC’s Informational Postings Website for updates to this notice. Equitrans and/or Rager Mountain
will provide customers with ongoing reports as to the resolution of the Force Majeure Event and expected date of return to service. Equitrans
and Rager Mountain reserve all their rights and remedies under the respective customer agreements, Tariffs, law and equity, including without
limitation, the right to modify, withdraw, supplement or amend this notice.
