    At this time, Equitrans, L.P. (“Equitrans”) and Rager Mountain Storage Company LLC (“RMSC”) are not requiring customers to adjust
    nominations in response to the Force Majeure Event involving one of the storage wells at the Rager Mountain Storage Field on November 6,
    2022. Accordingly, no operational flow or curtailment orders as a result of this event are in effect at this time.

    However, please continue to monitor Equitrans’ and RMSC’s Informational Postings Website for updates to this notice. Equitrans and/or Rager
    Mountain will provide customers with ongoing reports as to the resolution of the Force Majeure Event. Equitrans and Rager Mountain reserve all
    their rights and remedies under the respective customer agreements, Tariffs, law and equity, including without limitation, the right to modify,
    withdraw, supplement or amend this notice.
