Notice Text:

Equitrans, L.P. (“Equitrans”) and Rager Mountain Storage Company LLC (RMSC) posted notices on an ongoing Force Majeure Event involving
the Rager Mountain Storage Field. Equitrans and RMSC are providing additional information relevant to that ongoing event.

A standard five-day shut-in test was performed on all wells at the Rager Mountain Storage facility to estimate the total change in inventory at the
Rager storage reservoir. Based on a comparison to the standard shut-in test that was performed in April 2022, the results of this inventory
verification test indicate the Rager storage inventory was reduced by an estimate of approximately 1.29 Bcf. As part of ongoing post-incident
response activities, Equitrans continues to evaluate the allotment of the inventory reduction attributable to venting or potential migration.

Equitrans and RMSC also continue to evaluate the impact of the ongoing Force Majeure Event on customer agreements, customer storage
inventories, storage ratchets, withdrawal capabilities, and other potential impacts. As a result of this ongoing Force Majeure Event, Equitrans
and RMSC will begin issuing operational flow or curtailment orders this week. Please continue to monitor Equitrans’ and RMSC’s Informational
Postings Website for information. Please reach out to your customer service representative with questions.

Equitrans and RMSC will provide customers with ongoing reports as to the resolution of the Force Majeure Event. Equitrans and RMSC reserve
all their rights and remedies under the respective customer agreements, Tariffs, law and equity, including without limitation, the right to modify,
withdraw, supplement, or amend this notice.
