Rager Mountain Storage Company, LLC (RMSC) is issuing this Operational Flow Order (OFO) on its Transmission pipeline system effective
Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 10:00 AM ET. This OFO will remain in effect until further notice and is in addition to previously posted OFO
Notices. Customers should monitor Rager Mountains’ (RMSCs) Informational Postings Website as changing operational conditions could cause
a revision to this OFO Notice.
Compliance with this OFO requires the following customer action(s):
RMSC Storage Withdrawal Operationally Available Capacity will be reduced to 10,000 Dths. The FSS, ISS and ILPS Rate Schedules are
impacted such that Customer’s ability to nominate withdraws will be limited in total to the aforementioned capacity limitation.
Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Rager Mountain’s FERC Gas Tariff.
RMSC will not permit post-cycle or ID-L cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of RMSC’s FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or Customer’s
operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including, but not limited to,
direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by RMSC or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per
Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas.
Customers should monitor RMSC’s Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
