1/9/2025 Sea Robin West Flow Update On December 19, 2024, Sea Robin posted Critical Notice 50174 informing Shippers on the Sea Robin West system that Sea Robin had entered into a Dehydration Services Agreement ("Agreement") with a third party to provide dehydration services and, as a result, individual Shippers are no longer required to arrange for dehydration services for gas nominated and scheduled on the Sea Robin West system. Sea Robin and the third-party dehydration service provider have now completed all work necessary to allow the third-party service provider to begin dehydration services and will be testing the facilities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system. Once testing is complete, to further ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system, Sea Robin will be staging the restart of the Sea Robin West system. Sea Robin will communicate and coordinate with individual Shippers the specifics of the staged restart and will inform individual Shippers when Sea Robin will be able to accept nominations and when such Shippers may restart production at the various receipt locations on the Sea Robin West system. Once Sea Robin has informed each Shipper of the timing of the restart for each receipt location on the Sea Robin West system, Shippers will be required to nominate receipts and deliveries in accordance with Sea Robin's Tariff. Sea Robin will not flow any volumes that are not properly nominated and scheduled. Pursuant to Section 12.4(c) of Sea Robin's Tariff, Sea Robin has the right to arrange for any necessary processing services, including dehydration services, and to invoice Shippers for the costs incurred by Sea Robin for such services. Accordingly, all charges incurred by Sea Robin pursuant to the Agreement will be invoiced to Shippers beginning in February for services provided during the January production month. Such invoices will continue as long as Sea Robin incurs the costs and will be allocated to individual Shippers on a volumetric basis. If you have any questions, please contact your Marketing Representative or your Nominations Analyst.
