Subject: System Conditions Update

Effective September 23rd, 2024, until further notice, Southern Star is providing this posting to update you on our current system operating conditions. Storage Field inventories increasing and storage field testing underway, Southern Star requests that shippers and operators adhere to the following criteria.

•       Storage customers should ensure the quantity of gas in their storage account does not exceed 100% of their MSQ. 
•       Storage customers should monitor daily injection limits.
•       Interruptible services may be impacted (Including PLS, ISS, Storage Overrun).
•       Receipt point operators’ actual flow will be closely monitored against scheduled quantities.
•       Delivery point operators’ actual flow will be closely monitored against scheduled quantities.
•       Transportation imbalance and OBA paybacks due Southern Star are available on limited basis.
•       Transportation imbalance and OBA payback due customer is highly encouraged.
