Subject: Planned Service Outage - October 7th, 2024.

Southern Star’s 2024 “Planned Service Outage” has been posted to the “Notices” area under the Planned Service Outage category and includes upcoming planned maintenance scheduled for this year. Changes to this schedule are always possible and will be posted to the bulletin board as soon as firm dates are known.

1. The Pipeline integrity cleaning tool in the Edmond area is scheduled to begin October 23rd, 2024, and return to normal on October 24th, 2024. The following locations will be affected: 0 dth/d NGPL Carter (Location: 17069).
2.  The Pipeline integrity cleaning tool in the Edmond area is scheduled to begin October 29^th, 2024, and return to normal October 30^th, 2024. The following locations will be affected: 50,000 dth/d South Maysville Receipt (Location: 444002).
3.  The Pipeline integrity smart tool run in the Levant area has been scheduled to begin October 29^th , 2024, and Return to Service October 31^st, 2024. The following customers will be affected: 45,000 dth/d Levant CS (Location: 445577).

Revised (2)

1. The Station Maintenance at the Edmond station has been updated with new dates. This Maintenance has been rescheduled to begin October 16th, 2024 and return to normal October 17th, 2024. The following customers will be affected: 0 dth/d OG&E Frontier Plant (Location 41), 0th/d West Edmond (location 444001) and 20,000 dth/d Edmond CS w/o OK (location 449003).
2. The Pipeline integrity smart tool run in the Levant area that is scheduled to begin November 19^th, 2024 has been updated with new scheduling quantities.  The following customers will be affected: 45,000 dth/d Levant CS (Location: 445577).
