01/12/2022 Stingray Shoreline Maintenance Update #5

Stingray Pipeline Company initiated onshore maintenance on the existing 36 inch Mainline on November 16, 2021. This maintenance is required in order to comply with PHMSA regulations, and interruption of Firm service due to such operations is provided for in Section 3.2(a) of the General Terms & Conditions of the Stingray Tariff. As such, Stingray required all gas and liquid production sources delivering into Stingray be shut in by 9AM November 16th and to remain so until the shoreline maintenance is complete. The completion of maintenance activities has been delayed.

As new information becomes available, Stingray will post additional updates. Stingray will also update this posting when the shoreline maintenance is complete.

01/12/2022 Stingray Shoreline Maintenance Update #5
