10/04/24 Stingray Notice of Force Majeure #1

Please Note: Changes from the previous posting are shown in bold type.

 

This is to notify all contracted parties of Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C. that pursuant to Section 23 of Stingray's FERC Gas Tariff, Stingray has declared a Force Majeure event due to the need for pipe repairs.

 

The Stingray facilities in need of repair are located onshore in an area requiring engineering shoring design before repairs can commence. Assessment has been ongoing to establish a plan for deployment and execution as soon as possible. At this time, Stingray does not have an estimate of when repairs will be completed and operations will return to normal. This posting will be updated when more information is known.

 

Stingray will not be accepting nominations from any location, and operators are required to remain shut in until Stingray has given clearance for flow.
