IMBALANCE WARNING EAST OF STA 245 ON THE 200 LINE EFFECTIVE THURSDAY, JULY 25, 2024

Tennessee Gas Pipeline, L.L.C. (“TGP”) has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances East of STA 245.  Effective for the Gas Day of Thursday, July 25, 2024, and until further notice, due to ongoing scheduled maintenance, TGP requires all Balancing Parties East of STA 245 on the 200 Line only (including LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties, LMS-MA and LMS-PL) keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. All receipt point operators East of STA 245 on the 200 Line are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.

Tennessee requires your compliance with this notice to avoid the necessity of taking further actions including utilizing contract or meter specific Operational Flow Orders or flow control to maintain operational integrity. As a reminder, penalties for non-compliance of an OFO can range from $.2198 per dth to $15.00 plus the highest regional spot price per dth.

Additionally, PAYBACK FROM Tennessee East of STA 245 on the 200 Line will not be scheduled until further notice.

Tennessee would like to remind all operators/agents of power plants directly connected to TGP of certain parameters of FERC Order 698 requirements.  TGP requires that all power plant operators submit burn profiles and nominations prior to gas flow.  The burn profiles should be sent to TGPGasControl@Kindermorgan.comThe latest burn profile template can be found by accessing the TGP web site and following the steps below.
