(“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 and closed at 2:00 PM on Monday, August 5, 2024.
