Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Tuesday, August 13, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· TGP/SNG Bear Creek Injection Bienvi Delivery Meter (Pin 405367) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 1,300 Dths

· SESH/TGP Petal Interconnect: Rip 53 Delivery Meter (Pin 421059) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 9,042 Dths

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of PIP increases due to operational concerns; 5,713 Dths

· HICKORYR/TGP Mohawk Road Power Plt Delivery Meter (Pin 50789) - through 100% of PAYBACK TGP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 3,795 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
