    EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN MLV 513-1 AND MLV 514-1 EFFECTIVE 8-19-2024

     

    Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of an emergent issue between MLV 513 and MLV 514 on Line 1 in Iberia Parish, Louisiana.  Tennessee identified an anomaly that necessitates a pressure reduction and investigation to this section of the pipe.  Tennessee is estimating the impact to be up to 50,000 Dth pathed through Segment 515 BH.  Based upon current nominations, restrictions through a pro rata portion of Secondary Out of the Path nominations pathed through Segment 515 BH are at risk as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Tuesday, August 20, 2024 and until further notice.  Previously scheduled volumes pathed through Segment 515 BH will not be curtailed; however, all increases pathed through Segment 515 BH for the remainder of today's Gas Day, August 19, 2024, are at risk.
