    EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN MLV 513-1 AND MLV 514-1 EFFECTIVE 8-19-2024 RESOLVED

     

    Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent issue between MLV 513 and MLV 514 on Line 1 in Iberia Parish, Louisiana on August 19, 2024 (Notice Identifier #392008).  Tennessee identified an anomaly that necessitates a pressure reduction and investigation to this section of the pipe.  The issue has now been resolved and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations.  As such, nomination increases pathed through Segment 515 BH will be accepted up to posted capacity on the EBB effective for Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Saturday, August 24, 2024. 

     

    This will be the final notice for this emergent repair.
