Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Wednesday, August 28, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL AREAS EAST OF STA 245 AND STA 321 FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· GULFSTH/TGP Petal Storage Field For Delivery Meter (Pin 420797) - through approx 100 % of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 3,700 Dths

· SESH/TGP Petal Interconnect: Rip 53 Delivery Meter (Pin 421059) - through approx 27 % of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 7,485 Dths

· TGP/SNG Rose Hill Miss Clarke Delivery Meter (Pin 420546) - through approx 100 % of SIPss increases due to operational concerns; 24,000 Dths

· AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 100 % of SIPps increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 181,160 Dths

· STA 860 (Segment 860 BH) - through approx 100 % of SIPsp increases due to force majeure at STA 860; 12,278 Dths

· MLV 548 (Segment 542 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 152 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 9,791 Dths

· STA 204 (Segment 204 BH) - through approx 100 % of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 77,829 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 88 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 301,699 Dths

· STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 115,010 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through approx 99 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 119,009 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
