Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Monday, September 02, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through approx 100 % of PIP increases due to operational concerns; 7,576 Dths

· AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 91 % of SIPps increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 80,484 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 860 (Segment 860 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to force majeure at STA 860; 10,000 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 9,814 Dths

· STA 204 (Segment 204 BH) - through approx 100 % of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 96,711 Dths

· STA 219 South (Segment 217 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 5,000 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through approx 100 % of SIPps increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 274,609 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 268,290 Dths

· STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 2 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 3,491 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 68 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 184,789 Dths

· STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 55,256 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 109,296 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
