Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Saturday, September 07, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONES 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· CPROC/TGP Hcp Colorado Receipt Meter (Pin 410144) - through 100% of SA increases due to operational concerns; 199 Dths

· GULFSTH/TGP Petal Storage Field For Delivery Meter (Pin 420797) - through approx 86% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 3,772 Dths

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 860 (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to force majeure at STA 860; 10,000 Dths

· STA 204 (Segment 204 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 25,749 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 254,182 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 88% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 54,018 Dths

· Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 86% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 137,644 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 63% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 145,514 Dths

· STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 66,941 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through approx 64% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 43,958 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
