Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Tuesday, September 10, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONES 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· GULFSTH/TGP Petal Storage Field For Delivery Meter (Pin 420797) - through approx 96% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 2,649 Dths

· TGP/SNG Rose Hill Miss Clarke Delivery Meter (Pin 420546) - through 100% of SIPss increases due to operational concerns; 2,618 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 9 (Segment 109 BH) - through approx 35% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 21,803 Dths

· STA 860 (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to force majeure at STA 860; 14,935 Dths

· STA 204 (Segment 204 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 26,448 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 254,182 Dths

· STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 55,247 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 111,717 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
