(“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 and closed at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated using the factors posted in the Open Season.
