Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Saturday, September 21, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL AREAS EAST OF STA 245 ON THE 200 LINE AND STA 315 ON THE 300 LINE FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 49% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 118,239 Dths

· STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 45% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 116,405 Dths

· STA 325 (Segment 324 FH) - through approx 21% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 28,163 Dths

· MLV 345 North (Segment 355 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 15 Dths

· Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 86% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 167,546 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 266,831 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 112,503 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
