    EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN MLV 6-2 AND MLV 7-2 EFFECTIVE 10-15-2024

     

    Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of an emergent issue between MLV 6 and MLV 7 on Line 2 in Refugio County, TX.  Tennessee identified an anomaly that necessitates a pressure reduction and investigation to this section of the pipe.  Tennessee is estimating the impact to be up to an additional 225,000 Dth pathed through Segment 109 BH.  Based upon current nominations, restrictions through a pro rata portion of Secondary Out of the Path nominations pathed through Segment 109 BH are at risk as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Thursday, October 17, 2024 and until further notice.  Previously scheduled firm volumes pathed through Segment 109 BH will not be curtailed; however, all increases pathed through Segment 109 BH for the remainder of today's Gas Day, October 15, 2024, and tomorrow's Gas Day, October 16, 2024, are at risk.
