Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Wednesday, October 16, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONES 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· CPROC/TGP Hcp Colorado Receipt Meter (Pin 410144) - through approx 66% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 14,367 Dths

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

· Westl CE/TGP Mississippi Transport Delivery Meter (Pin 420694) - through approx 84% of PAYBACK TGP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 3,156 Dths

· AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 57% of SIPss increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 47,226 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 108,552 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
