Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Tuesday, October 22, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONES 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· WHISTLEP/TGP Whistle Receipt Nueces Receipt Meter (Pin 54847) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity and operational concerns.; 69,772 Dths

· VCP/TGP Valley Crossing Allocation Receipt Meter (Pin 53608) - through 100% of IT increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity and operational concerns.; 39,329 Dths

· NMP/TGP Gillrina Road Nueces Receipt Meter (Pin 47799) - through 100% of IT increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity and operational concerns.; 39,329 Dths

· TRANSCO/TGP Heidelberg Mississippi Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

· AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 25% of SIPss increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 10,944 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 271,393 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 101,932 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
