Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Thursday, October 31, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· TGP/SNG Bear Creek Injection Bienvi Delivery Meter (Pin 405367) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 1,000 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 60% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 137,733 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 67,946 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
