Subject: FORCE MAJEURE AT 64-1 TO- 65-1 RESOLVED |
FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 64-1 TO 65-1 RESOLVED
Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice escalating an emergent repair issue to a Force Majeure at MLV 64-1 to MLV 65-1 to include 148 miles of Tennessee Gas' Line 100-1, 24-inch pipeline at MLV 54-1BL at Greenville Compressor Station No. 54 in Washington County, Mississippi, through Batesville Compressor Station No. 63 in Panola County, MS, and terminating at MLV 69-1 in Benton County, Mississippi on February 26, 2024 (Notice Identifier #389641). Tennessee completed all necessary steps described in the approved Remedial Work Plan (RWP). The Corrective Action Order (CAO) issued by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) has now been lifted and Tennessee is in the process of returning to normal operations in the area. As such, Tennessee is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved.
