Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Saturday, November 02, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2,  3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

 

 

 

METER RESTRICTIONS

·         GULFSTH/TGP Kiln Miss Exchange Hanc Delivery Meter (Pin 420383) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 8,063 Dths

·         VCP/TGP Valley Crossing Allocation Receipt Meter (Pin 53608) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to operational concerns; 9,964 Dths

·         ENTRPRSE/TGP Agua Dulce Nueces Receipt Meter (Pin 411306) - through 100% of SA increases due to operational concerns; 280 Dths

·         ETP/TGP Wharton County Transport Ex Receipt Meter (Pin 411911) - through 100% of SIPss increases due to operational concerns; 26,385 Dths

·         GULFSTH/TGP Coastal Bend Lng Wharto Delivery Meter (Pin 49524) - through 100% of SIPss increases due to operational concerns; 3,000 Dths

·         Et G&P/TGP Ganado Plant Jackson Receipt Meter (Pin 412860) - through 100% of PIP increases due to operational concerns; 168,920 Dths

·         TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

·         STA 87 South 800 Line (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 10,000 Dths

·         STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 9,982 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field. 

 

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

 

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

 

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.
