    Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Sunday, November 10, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

    OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

    OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2,  3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

     

    METER RESTRICTIONS

    ·         Tres PAL/TGP Tres Palacios Storage: Delivery Meter (Pin 421055) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to imbalance management quantity exceeded; 19,000 Dths

    ·         AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 31% of SIPss increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 38,132 Dths

    SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

    ·         STA 87 South 800 Line (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 10,000 Dths

    ·         STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 9,982 Dths

    ·         STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 260,380 Dths

    ·         STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 43% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 128,842 Dths

    ·         STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 25% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 54,912 Dths

    ·         Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 207,735 Dths

    ·         STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 73% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 232,403 Dths

    ·         STA 249 (Segment 249 FH) - through approx 71% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 106,831 Dths

    ·         MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 114,831 Dths

    LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

    Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

     

    STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

    Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field. 

     

    Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

     

    Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

     

    Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

     

    **PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
