Effective Intraday 1 Cycle (14:00) for the gas day of Sunday, November 10, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

 

METER RESTRICTIONS

·         Tres PAL/TGP Tres Palacios Storage: Delivery Meter (Pin 421055) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to imbalance management quantity exceeded; 19,000 Dths

·         AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 82% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 19,711 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

·         STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of IT increases due to operational concerns; 9,943 Dths

·         STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 260,380 Dths

·         MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 61% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 5,250 Dths

·         STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 91% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 79,729 Dths

·         STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 29% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 13,662 Dths

·         Z5 HC North (Segment 299 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 195,468 Dths

·         STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 87% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 217,403 Dths

·         STA 249 (Segment 249 FH) - through approx 86% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 88,451 Dths

·         MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 114,831 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

 

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field. 

 

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

 

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

 

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.
