| Subject: BALANCING ALERT PIN SPECIFIC 421017 |
OFO BALANCING ALERT PIN SPECIFIC 421017 EFFECTIVE 12-28-2024
In order to protect system integrity, Tennessee is issuing a BALANCING ALERT OFO effective immediately for the Gas Day of Saturday, December 28, 2024, and until further notice for the following pin pursuant to Article X, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff:
Pin: 421017 GDR/TGP RIO BRAVO HIDALGO
This pin is required to maintain an actual daily flow rate of not less than 5% or 5000 dths, whichever is greater, of scheduled quantities. Customer will be assessed a rate of $15.00 plus the applicable Regional Daily Spot Price per dekatherm for under takes which exceed this tolerance.
Should the Balancing Alert OFO not correct the system conditions Tennessee may escalate to an Hourly OFO or implement flow control.
THIS OFO BALANCING ALERT WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. TENNESSEE WILL INFORM CUSTOMERS BY EBB WHEN THIS OFO BALANCING ALERT WILL BE LIFTED.
