FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 325 EFFECTIVE 1-19-2025
In accordance with Article XII of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC's (“Tennessee”) FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is declaring a Force Majeure event at STA 325 located near Liberty, NJ, effective for the Gas Day of Sunday, January 19, 2025. Tennessee has discovered an issue at the station which necessitates repairs. Personnel are in the field working to resolve this issue. Tennessee is estimating the current impact to be up to 320,000 Dths. Based upon current demand and nominations, Primary In the Path nominations pathed through Segment 324 FH may be at risk as early as Timely Cycle for the gas day of Monday, January 20, 2025 and until further notice. Previously scheduled volumes will not be curtailed for the current gas day of January 19, 2025; however, increases pathed through STA 325 (Segment 324 FH) for the remainder of the gas day remain at risk.
