    FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 325 EFFECTIVE 1-19-2025 RESOLVED

     

    In accordance with Article XII of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC's (“Tennessee”) FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event at STA 325 located near Liberty, NJ, effective for the Gas Day of Sunday, January 19, 2025 (Notice Identifier #393472).   Tennessee discovered an issue at the station which necessitated repairs.   The final repairs are in the process of being completed and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations.  As such, Tennessee is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved.  Nominations will be scheduled up to full operating capacity at STA 325 (Segment 324 FH) effective for Intraday Cycle 1 for the Gas Day of Monday, January 20, 2025 and until further notice.

     

    This notice will be the final update.
